Online payments
Where online payments are available, payments may be processed securely by Stripe.
Stripe processes payment information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies. Dr Marla Aesthetics does not require or intend to store complete payment card details on its own website.
Bookings, payments and deposits
Where a booking requires payment or a deposit, the applicable amount and payment terms will be shown before payment is completed.
A payment or deposit does not necessarily guarantee that a particular treatment will be clinically appropriate. Treatment remains subject to consultation and clinical assessment.
Where a treatment is considered unsuitable following clinical assessment, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Patients should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or missed appointments outside the permitted cancellation period may result in the loss of a deposit or cancellation fee, where this has been clearly communicated before payment.

Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method.
